I have been training for and, racing triathlons for about 3 years. I started running
after meeting my husband who inspired me to give running a try. I was a smoker and
could not run two minutes straight. So, I started with running one minute and
walking two minutes as a first step. Within a few months, I quit smoking and was
running five times a week ultimately leading to my first marathon. Since then, I
have run eight marathons and completed several triathlons. I soon realized this was
a lifestyle I wanted to help train others with so they, too, might achieve their
goals and objectives. I have a passion for helping people get healthy through
participation in the multisport lifestyle. I sincerely hope you will give me an
opportunity to assist you with Transitioning to the Next Level. . . .
