T3Multisports Women's Fitness

Coach Arlyn heads the women's fitness training sessions. These sessions are focused on functional strength training using principles drawn from her CrossFit certification. You will focus on functional movements, the training will be consistently varied to stimulate muscle development with a balanced approach. Each workout will consist of a warm up, instruction and observation of movements, finished with the high intensity workout of the day (WOD). All workouts are scaled to respect individual ability and experience. Sessions are approximately 1 hour long and, you have an option of two or four sessions per week. This is not body building or a boot-camp. It's about real fitness for a life time of health and a high quality life! Come prepared to sweat, learn, and interact with a coach. But, most importantly. . . Come Get Fit!
